Good point regarding the sample size. Having given this some more thought, the last 30 starts on the circuit/track would be a much more worthwhile analysis.

In any event, the best that program can do is approximate what a good handicapper who is looking closely at TG for their own circuit can come up with.
Will you consider expanding the trainer stats (tops/pairs/off/X/win%) to include the Last 30 days (calendar days) at the current track/circuit? The Last 90 days and the cumulative historical track stats are a somewhat useful starting point, but

Tweet has since been deleted by Castellano's agent - John Panagot. Castellano was at OP the same day as Sean Payton, who subsequently tested positive for COVID-19. I cannot see GP/OP moving forward with racing.

Per tweet from Jeremy Balan (Bloodhorse)...Agent Patty Sterling says Tiago Pereira is on his way out of hospital. X-rays came back clean and he's a little sore in his right thigh, but he's on his way home. Absolutely unbelievable, considering he was thrown about 10 feet into the air and came down hard on the turf.

Fairmount,
Thanks for sharing, but the WPS increased 9.4% (1.5/16 - from 16 to 17.5), and exotic wagering minus the P5 increased 15.8%

We all have our tendencies, but AD is a voodoo read as pointed out by Frank D. If you adjust 4pts+ to give your read some life, where 9-5(adjusted)-neg0.50, this is a sure toss given three are no significant recovery-time either between the last 2 or the upcoming start. This is standard par-for-the-course read, which is further compounded by TAP Derby record.

BB confirmed the text exchange between TGJB and himself on Roger Stein's show~15:42 mark. BTW - We got the usual sound-effect from Stein dismissing TG as an imitation, but was taken back by Hardoon's reaction since he pretty much stays on the sidelines whenever Stein goes on his TG-imitation tirade.

No thoughts on the Belmont w/o the position draw/TG#s, but welcome back. Was it you who turned $2,160 into 1.4M at the Meadowlands?

I was laughing in silence here in the office until the paragraph below. I couldn't keep in anymore...
The “Canonero Follies” became a running joke, especially when the horse finally did work and went a half-mile in a lethargic :53 4/5. But the horse was thriving physically and had put back 50 of the 70 pounds he had lost. In defending his training methods, Arias said, “Most American trai

This reminds me of the exchange between Sam 'Ace' Rothstein (Robert De Niro – Casino, 1995) and a casino-floor employee, who is employed by Sam as a favor to young man’s uncle, who is connected with the Nevada Gaming Commission……
Ace Rothstein: Four reels, sevens across on three $15,000 jackpots. Do you have any idea what the odds are?

I don't play Tampa, but Proctor generally has his stable running on all cylinders at SA before leveling off near the end of the traditional winter-spring meet at SA (Boxing Day through mid April) - note he has mostly older turf horses plus a sprinkle of lightly-raced horses, which after hitting their peaks with initial forward moves tend to pair/off - not a move-up trainer in my book.

I always thought if a person/group could clone the on-track wagering hub so that it appeared as if they are on-track to take advantage of the built-in 20+ seconds delay cutoff, they could in theory bet right just before the completion of the first 1/4-mile. Given the sophistication and implementation of high-frequency trading against real heavyweights, who thought they were all playing the game

From the Paulick Report -
It’s been 30 years since Steven Crist wrote in the New York Times that Thoroughbred trainer Oscar Barrera was running the “best magic show in town.” Barrera was doing things no other trainers dared try, astonishing bettors and fellow horsemen during a remarkable run that took New York horse racing by storm.
When Barrera died in April 1991 after suffering a heart a
