That's what people said about him in the BREEDERS CUP in 09.But for some rough riding by Calvin Borel there might have been a different result.Getting beat by 2lengths anyway wasnt too shabby.

It was the 9th at Calder on Sunday. He won under wraps after spotting weight and a 3 wide trip.Rider couldn't pull him up and needed the outrider to help.Wasn't beating much but the time was the fastest 8.5 in 3 years at this track. He came out good and will train up to the Woodward if we decide to go.

Thanks for the info on Vee's Accolade. We bred him and of course will follow his c areer.Congrats on your purchase as I watched him compete at Calder and believe he is a very nice colt.Incidently,I believe we met at the Spa when I ran a horse named MamboMeister in the Fourstar Dave.Once again, good luck with colt.

I own a piece of Mambo Meister so Im interested in any opinions. We drilled him 3/8 in 34 and out in 46.3 a move that is not seen in these patrts too often. He will need some help up front but he loves this track but the trip is the question.

I am a Calder regular who has been dealing with the Wolfson factor for years and have an interest in this race as I own a piece of Mambo Meister. He has had YAIF for quite a while so I'm hoping we have seen his best already.

As an owner whose horse raced first time synthetic in the cup I can only say that good horses to be called great must perform on all surfaces.I just don't understand why the powers that be could not have arranged for two races credibly spaced on each surface. Not only would that have been great for racing but it would have put to rest all the speculation about who should be horse of the year

They sure didn't give my horse much respect.30-1 in the dirt mile for a horse with the best tg #in his last albeit on dirt.I guess they didn't much care for his work. But he is doing quite well and has the right style so the question is the surface I guess.

I totally agree yank. While my horse's chance appear slim he is doing so well we felt he deserved a shot.He has performed well on dirt and turf and something tells me that he might not embarass himself next Sat.But as you said this will be amemory that I will cherish for the rest of my life. You can't make a line on that.
