Yeah, pretty blatant.
Every time that horse tried to run jock tightened the reins.
I see that was the first time with the trainer.

I am not very opinionated, but as the president of the Bay Area Chapter (recently moved to the So Cal desert, but still remain in my role), here's what I saw.
It's a DQ. This wasn't a force a hose wide move. Came out and bumped his hind knocking him off stride.

Congrats Vic, Biz also sends his congrats.
Had to leave for work so didn't get to watch the race, but that $50 winner made my day when I got home.
Outstanding seminar and thanks to all responsible for putting it out.
Perfect day if the Gnats didn't hit that 2 out bomb for the win.

I am in full agreement about the whip and the absurdity of the rule.
IMO this incident was caused by Prat's aggressive riding and had absolutely nothing to do with a whip rule.

Agree about carrying and using the whip.
Having said that, It appeared to me that Prat steered his horse down towards the other horse to engage him. I don't think the horse "lugged in" on his own. Prat thought he was clear and wasn't. I don't think the whip rule had anything to do with this.
Watching the head on, the horse appeared to be traveling straight and did

Maggie gave a positive comment on that 26/1 #5 that completed the exacta in race 2.
Nobody is perfect, but I don't think she's bad at all and I always pay

Absolutely agree with Happy Saver, I also think he runs a top here.
Max Player is the only horse that can add value to anything.
HS wins and MP in a box trying to beat MG. From a wagering standpoint this race gets a few bucks for some action.

As a guy on the sidelines, I'm curious as to how Baffert profits from all of this bullshit.
Take Justify. The horse tests positive for a banned substance, should have never run in the Derby if he was properly DQ'd due to the positive test which was known before the Derby.....if I am interpreting that correctly.
Reading that link from TS, sounds like the CHRB paved the way with som

I don't agree with your statement that those that liked him should have cashed.
The winner was talked up as similar to Commanding Curve, and his jump up wasn't unexpected at 4X the price.
