I thought the R5 DQ was questionable and the R7 was DQ was terrible. Talk about live by the sword, die by the sword. I stay alive in P4 thanks to R5 DQ but see a terrible payoff as a result of the R7 DQ(I had the four horses including 9)

I concur and it was a desperation heave. Doug FLutie style. That said, I would not have even attempted if it was a Parx trainer. Nevin has had success getting horses to run big figs in NY.

That Michelle Nevin Horse almost got me out yesterday after being down significant money going into the last race. Paid almost $21 to win. That last fig at Parx towered over the entire field yesterday, even the odds on Weaver dropper.

I love WOW tomorrow. I believe he moves forward off his competitive numbers in Louisiana prior the La Derby debacle. He has never been better, loves the surface, if it rains all the better. He gets sent from rail, hopefully clears and get's the ground saving trip. I don't think the 10f is an issue as his brother, the ill-fated TACTICUS was a stakes winning dirt marathoner.

Can War of Will gun it from the rail and clear? Casse said they were sending prior to the draw.

His Dam was a sprinter for John Sadler. She won the G1 Humana Distaff at CD on a Derby undercard a few years ago.

My understanding is that it doesn't always work.

Mike knows what he has under him when he rides these horses. If the two are even close in talent, he picks ROADSTER right?

I believe JUSTIFY ran a 102 BSF in the debut. Bill Mott had a colt, KHOZAN, I believe he was a sib to ROYAL DELTA who ran a triple digit in the debut and got injured and retired on Derby Trail. Al Stall had a colt, BIND that I believe dropped a 105 BSF in the debut a few years ago AT FG.

My understanding is that it was the connections call to go with Johnny V on WORLD APPROVAL today. They feel he knows the track better at Woodbine.

A few thoughts on Santa Anita today.
R1 #2 FALLOUT 6/1- This filly had every excuse in her debut at 15/1. She was sandwiched between two horses when the gates opened and then dueled between horses through the far turn and then with the heavy chalk for the length of the long Los Al stretch. After running a number in the debut that is in the ballpark for this level, she is now protected in star
