I know who she is. She says flat out she was an expert witness in Arkansas for Baffert's cases there. Either her point is valid or it isn't though. You can literally test positive for drugs from drinking tap water. Years ago at Belmont, I remember Aidan Obrien bringing his own water from Ireland. He wouldn't let his horses drink tap water. That's attention to detail right there.
