Lastly, the ticketing policy will drive the average Saratoga patron crazy.

I bought and paid for a season pass a while back. They want me to download the ticket (no problem) and store it in my "digital wallet" (like most seniors know what they are talking about) .

So, I receive e-mail notification to download my season pass.
I follow instructions.
My invoice shows paid and zero balance. Fine

Go to download and all I can do is upgrade to Special Events that are already full. (I clicked them on just to see the prices they were charging)

No place, nowhere, no how, no way to download my Pass. UGH!!
