As I saw it (as owner of a win ticket on the eleven)

I did not see #3 foul #4. #6 gets squeezed and causes the #5 to stumble on the heels of my #11 and catapult its rider.

The #11 runs 5-6 wide all the way around.

The winner #3 keeps to business in front of everyone else and the #1 slips through an opening in traffic

To conclude that OP stewards were trying to hide something has merit however I opt for incompetence as a greater probability.
