Well it seems that Youbet(of all companies) is looking into buying one of the biggest off-shore sites in Curacao. Also, Tampa raised purses again because of increased handle, I wonder how much of this was due to the 10% rebate that were given at Youbet(but not available to CA residents). There are weak rumors that CD will start to offer rebates(don't know if this is true or not) during it's Spring Meet.
