That's a big assumption Mr. Cee's Tizzy. How do you know for sure?
It's my understanding that this guy's link got cut-off last year when he was found out. There's been some mention of this (him) just recently in articles talking about the testing being done on new tote software that will allow odds to be updated every 45 seconds instead of every 60 seconds. Can't help you Mark with your original question.
