I've been using the Capital OTB online account wagering system multiple times this past week with no issues at all. Sorry your having problems. I also have an NYRA Rewards account-NYRA has been offering online wagering since the Saratoga meet. Both systems are very similar. Haven't had problems with either. Both offer track odds regardless of your balance. Hang in there Girly. Give the Capital OTB online wagering another shot.
