The Judge likely ordered the drug testing as one of the conditions for them to be released along with the "travel restrictions" the judge also placed on them. You get arrested-you get drug tested. One more drug test failure and its behind bars while awaiting trial. These guys lives are ruined, time served or not. Next their Assets likely will be frozen and confiscated IF any connection can be found that the assets are gotten from or were used for any illegal activity's. Then we will be able to buy their computers and cars at a repo sale somewhere. They will be paying attorney fees for the rest of their lives regardless of the outcome. How stupid and greedy are some folks? Seems like to me there's a bunch of those greedy folks running the tote companies.
