I just went through the Pimlico card for Saturday and boy are there what appears to be some real good plays. A little re-assurance from some of you guys would make me feel better so here it goes.
Race 1) Bank of David....competitive numbers and figures to run a good one off a non effort. 20-1 and the rail against some real question marks. Home Field Advantage.
Race 2) Class Bopper...second off the layoff. If he runs back to last years figures he's in the exacta from the rail. 10-1 m/l
Race 5) Killarney Bay....first time turf and is bred for it. His numbers are already competitive and Calvin should get him to the rail. 10-1 m/l
Race 6) Comedero....Is a single in piks. Stidham is getting everything to run and his numbers are far superior. 7/5 m/l
Race 7) Keras Kitten...Back to preferred surface. Should be poised for a new top off a non effort on a dead rail on the synth. 8/1 m/l
Race 9) Best Bet: Way With Words...Love the line on this horse..fourth off the layoff follows last years pattern. If he runs back..he wins for fun. Calvin should save ground from bad post. At 20/1 ml this horse figures BIG.
Race 11) Rahystrada....should run back to a 0...which puts him there. 6/1 m/l
Race 12) I don't feel too strong but I think Schoolyard Dreams is the play. Shoudl run a new top and get a great trip at a good price.
