All the juice comes from Canada. Lot of chemists there working constantly on undetectable performance enhancers.
The reason they do not self police is that most of them are working in the gray areas trying to get an edge. Has been like that for a while.

Jerry,
When you watch the infraction, how far was MS in front?
It looks to me at least 3/4 ths of a length.
What does clear mean. Is it 1 length?

Here’s the rule
"A leading horse, if clear, is entitled to any part of the track. I get it, a foul is a foul, but for the last 35 years watching this race and seeing the roughly riddled race every year, out of the gate, into the first turn , around the second turn and never a dq,
If you were going for safety every race, limit the field to 14 or something.
Best horse won regardless, would of won anyway you look at it, should of stayed up.

I think MS wins by 4 or more if he didn’t duck out on the turn.

Not a good look for the sport.
Not a crime against humanity yes,
But a travesty in the call.
WOW, LRT trainers and riders no objection, no inquiry by the stewards, result not impacted.

He was backing up in the stretch, even if he didn’t go wide on the turn, if he would of kept his path, still wins,

Maximum Security was almost clear a length when he came over.
How can Mott’s rider claim an objection without being bothered?

But he impeded the horse, should of been placed last according to this ruling.
Need more uniformity.
Bayern, Maximum Security, racing’s biggest stage.
Should not have to be this difficult of a subject.
The slo motion replay I think makes it worse than it was.

What is the rule, any statement from the stewards yet?
If floating out a couple of paths is an infraction, why wasn’t Scrappy T disqualified in the Preakness, he kept his second place placing.

Saez corrected immediately, did not cause any horse a better placing, was the best horse in the race, should of stayed up!

First time posting, been reading these posts for a while.
Anyways I remember Cot Campbell from Dogwood Stables talking about myectomies.
It was the latest and greatest procedure a while back and was in vogue. According to Cot, several different trainers requested performing the procedure on his horses and he said that it was a about 50% successful.
