In the past week or so, several customers have inquired about downloading issues with iPads/iPhones. Apparently, recent updates have changed the appearance and functionality of downloads in Safari. (Downloading an alternate browser is never a bad idea, too)
We are researching back-end issues on our site, but for the moment, the issues may be resolved by following the instructions below.
