She runs a 6 point new top. Goes forward again and then pairs. A nice healthy bounce and right back to a slighty faster pair. Imo

Wouldn't surprise in the least if she runs big in Duckpin town. If she wins they'll go to New York. She's headed for negative numbers .

There was a guy at the end of the bar who keyed Zandon in triples in the first 3 spots with all and for a solid hour he railed on and on about how this makes up for all the bad beats he has had playing keno and the lottery.

I haven't or won't buy a ticket for the whipping rule ride.
After the replay and seeing the images of horse and rider,
i imagined this:Being able to while running almost flat out, with a 17 pound animal riding on my neck and tripping to my nose on the ground, righting myself while clipping what was previously on my neck and finishing the race. I then imagine getting a physical checkup

HP.
I worked for the OCBP many moons ago. Never once on any pull did i stop to think, now would be a good time to have a buoy to stretch out to the victim.

P-Dub,
Agree on that possibility, moreover was Prat being subjective? If so, that's the worrisome part for me. The lack of the whip creates imo a breakdown in the objective as an athlete. It's having a horse receive a few necessary pops vs. Rider and Horse going down. Whoever they are, they have put image over safety of life.

Tread,
Prat also believes the potentially catastrophic contact could have been avoided. “If I could have hit him just one time left-handed, we would have been just fine,†he told Blood-Horse. “But it is what it is.â€
This is from an article in blood horse. This is the point i was making.

One has to wonder if crops were allowed if Prat could/would have ridden differently and been able to control his horse better.
Tread,
Interesting point. A full 7 seconds elapsed after Hot Rod straightened out to the point of contact with MB. Fortunately nobody was seriously injured, however since the aforementioned lack of injury took place, what say the people who lost their hard earne

Saudi news report: Saudi Racing Commission decision to suspend jockey applauded.
According to reports the morning after the world's richest thoroughbred horse race, runner-up Midnight Bison was found curled up in the corner of her stall despondent and unable to eat. Longtime groom and veteran of the gulf war was nearly in tears when quoted " before yesterday I've never seen a

Read your article. Good read. Also read the ARCI's report. Started wondering how any intelligent rational person can't get their head around the glaring science. Started searching EIPH. Read some really extensive thought provoking info. I also noticed a headline whereby peta referenced lasix the "dangerous drug". My opinion? Peta's not "all wet" regarding their

Philly,
Fwiw, check the archives. Horses tend to perform better in the derby off new tops and pairs. It's certainly not a hard and fast rule. Just sayin.
