I think if like Barbaro you will get a good price out of him ( better than his ML odds ), Mike maybe makes him 7-1ml and goes off at around 10-1.

This from Beyer:
"Sinister Minister to be a force in Derby"
By ANDREW BEYER
WASHINGTON, D.C. - The prep races for 3-year-olds this spring have produced numerous solid contenders for the Kentucky Derby. Most handicappers agree on the merits of Brother Derek, who has won four straight stakes in California; Lawyer Ron, winner of six in a row; the undefeated Barbaro; and the Maryla

I'm going on both Ragozin and Thorograph, and B&J looks good to go on both, maybe a little better on Rag's I don't like PD on either. B&J has never bounced, I think he will pair up that last # come Sat. I love the fact it was on the slop, top in the slop = pair up ( fast track ).

BOB & JOHN will be about 10th or 11th at the half mile pole.

As far I can tell there'e only 4 horses that has never bounced. A pair up is fine. Turf not counted, that leaves STEPPENWOLFER yes he didn back up from a 8.1 to a 8.2 if you want to call that a bounce then forget him. BARBARO only two dirt races so tough call, he did bounce off a turf race once. SWEETNORTHERNSAINT 5 dirt races and no bounces. BOB AND JOHN 9 dirt races and no bounces. I'

"Flashy Bull is eligible for a one other than"
So was GIACOMO last year. Only four horses in this has has broken threw to a neg. I didn't say FB was my top pick, has a crack at hitting the board, B&J is my pick.

A zero will get it done when BOB&JOHN pairs up that last number of his. I'm down with FLASHY BULL also hope he gets in.

What's it going to be a -1 or what?? Any case, here's my two cents. I will add him in my tickets only because of the nice moving forward line. I see him bouncing in the derby how high? I don't know, but I wouldn't key him hoping he only bouncing 2pts and will win. From 2000 to 2005 there's been 8 horses that has run neg #'s in their last race right before the derby a

He's been low profile, I'll say he'll go off at 8-1 to 10-1

Yes the local weather man called for oaks fine and Derby maybe a 30% change of rain, but then again it's still 7days away.

Maybe Bob and Dale have a bet going whose going to be first to the half/mile poll and then whose going to run 19th and 20th.
"In yesterday's column, Sharp Humor's trainer, Dale Romans, pretty much threw down the gauntlet and warned opposing trainers that his colt is going to the lead and will look forward to any challenges.

WE and WC didn't run 45.0 or maybe even 44.4 in there race did they?? Your right this derby is dead on like last year. I thought I had ask this few days ago, BD why didn't he get back to his top in his last race, hell he only had about 11 weeks to do it in. Let's look at L.Ron now, took him only 11 weeks to get back to his top and when he did he bore in. Three weeks rest and he

Throw BD out. Tossing a 4-1 shot in the derby I think that's a good edge to start with. By the way I know he isn't in yet (he's 21st on the list), but anyone liking FLASHY BULL? I love his line on both sets of sheets.

Also that big # really came off a ugly looking line. Out of no where he jumps up.

I know the post really doesn't matter alot for the Derby being the long run into the first turn, but I think if speed is on the outside that's really bad for them. Looks like you might have about 7 or 8 horses going up to the front.

This horse has some major problems on both Rag's and TG sheets. As far as TG BD sheet, he works his way down to his top for his 2yr line, goes forward in his next start which is the first race of his 3yr. Next be bounces off of that, I will give him that one ( even though it's about 6 weeks rest ), but in his last start he doesn't fire right back just pairs it up, why? Don't y

I have both sets of the sheets and TG.
I don't like LR on either one. Rag's fastest for him is a 2". On TG why so long for him to get back to the 0 ( 12 weeks ) also he bi in his last start.

I think SM will take a little bit more money than alot of people think he will. If they list him at 12-1 he'll be 8-1 to 10-1 no? I'm tossing Sin, Brother, L.Ron for right now. I'm liking Bob&John and Barbaro.

I got it from the Rag's site Len wrote this
"The BG winner did run off the charts (minus 1 3/4) and given his history I certainly agree that he's a primo bounce candidate on three weeks rest in the Derby."

He also had two other horses in the race at long odds. For a total of three. There was also Richard D had a long shot and Bobby F. had a long shot, what you going to bet everyone of those?? In every big race that is run?? You could say that about BC time.
