JB. I’m trying not to give too much away from the seminar, but can you elaborate on the “hmmmm†comment you made? I having trouble interpreting what you are questioning there.

Bebe Banker ran today. Last out at BEL he had a voided claim (admin reasons) and won by 8 in that race. Idk what’s going on with this, I’m guessing Covid / field sizes by the office. But that is a guess.
Regarding Chad... it’s either a massive, massive outlier, he has a bug in the barn, or something is up. I hope it’s not the latter but I’ve never seen a guy move up turf horses the

Yeah, I just saw that as well. I had to watch the replay a few times to see if the chart was incorrect throughout of just that horse. ... So my question may not have relevance.

Just sent you a message, although it's not showing in the "sent messages" part. LMK if you do not see it.

team, I wanted to ask a quick question on the 14 horse in race 10. Having watched the June 26 race at Belmont it appears the chart has the running lines from that race a bit off. Specifically the 9 horse (14 today). The race came back fast for a few horses (figure wise) and I was wondering if the team gave a closer look at this race given in incorrect running lines in the chart. ...

I have nothing to offer except that he either sees something no one else can see or he is “one of those guys.†Idk how that works on turf, as I feel the later to my thought is tougher to do on turf. But I have no other opinions. It’s not like he is 30% or something, but the results he gets with claiming and moving horses up are mind boggling.

JB, would it be correct to assume that you're waiting on the June 3 winner to run back before giving that race a number? A couple have run back since, including the 4th place finisher who won last week, albeit a short / unraced field.

Franks Rocket nearly setting a track record while hardly winning to that 3 horse was all you needed to know.

thanks for the response, JB. Happy 4th to you and team.
Something similar to Maggie's analysis would be phenomenal. ... Nothing like finding out a first time starter you didnt use has a turf hoof after you send in your tickets.

This race gave me fits in the morning. I hated every horse in the race and just hit the all button and worked my way backwards tossing horses. The jump in class had me incredibly concerned but the way Amoss has been going as of late, the figure was hard to ignore. I saw the middle move and instantly said “f—k. I should’ve bet this horse to winâ€

Solid job on that Amoss horse in the OH Derby. That race looked like a mess until I saw the sheets. Got booted in the XC p5 with the long shot at Belmont, but man, you guys crushed it with that one. Hats off.

I’ve always wondered why TG doesn’t include work data in their product. Not only the dates on the work tab, but I would have to guess you guys have someone who can provide workout reports that beat the current competition (DRF and Bruno, Andy Harrington is fantastic) at least on the east coast.

2018 Belmont Stakes - Gronkowski got the poly pop. Between the "poly pop", the 6-9 exacta, and being a patriots fan... to this day I still can't figure out why I didnt bet that exacta.

This may not be a popular opinion, but I miss leaning on guys like Servis (Navarro, not so much) in my horizontals. ... what is interesting this the timing of the FBIs indictment. Was it covid related (recall, they said that specific indictment / raid had to be executed quicker than they had liked and implied other shoes may drop.)
I wonder how this will impact the list of usual suspects once

what is even more interesting about Diodoro is that he only does it for certain owners. He trains exclusively for a few guys at NYRA, and hardly wins. Imagine what his winning percentage would be if you removed those horses from the equation!

I have the same problem Johnny. I thought the Miller horse would send with him but now he's out. Maybe the Maker horse adding Kendrich tries to run with him?
... I think our only hope is if Declan takes a right handed turn out of the gate.

I appreciate your analysis.
Regarding your comment on Gov Morris. You make an interesting point about not being raced between the Futurity and that Tampa race. Looking through Todd's past few pre-derby seasons, it seems that he would usually have at least one more race before the first Saturday in May. Off only a 3 point top, a slight move forward is about all you can ask for here. So he

Perhaps we get a “first Saturday in May seminar†for old time sake? Gonna miss that “hello, I’m Jerry Brown and welcome to the 2020 Kentucky Derby Thorograph Seminar†and all those power point things!

Jerry, given the new lasix regulations at Santa Anita, have you noticed any statistical decrease (wins or tops) in trainers adding lasix for the first time vs pre-regulations? Not sure if this is something you can easily parse out with your data sets but thought I'd ask regardless.
thx!

It is a shame they took him down in the derby. Outstanding horse.
Props to the TG staff for the race sheets. Excellent figures on that 1 horse. Mike Smith driving the rail ruined a healthy trifecta for me. But the only reason I was close was because of this handy product.

Who is Joe Rogan? Must be a TGJB troll.
The fact that this has degenerated back to politics really shows how the NHC chatter has deteriorated. Fine with me. Perhaps Richie Curtis made a typo and meant to say “Native American†... regardless. The Dems aren’t going to let Bern Dogg win. Amy K has the personality of a door knob. Mayor Pete, wh

I’m sure Tony is a fantastic person and an even better horseplayer. I’m also sure he gets rewarded through his handicapping at the windows 2000x than what I do. However that is not how this particular game is to be played (NHC). Maybe this year is an outlier, and someone grinding away short prices will win. But I don’t see it the way they choose races with large / even fields. To be fair to

First time player here, and I missed the cut my a momentous case of dyslexia (and beers, perhaps). But to me it was clear as day that finding 3 or 4 cap horses presented the best route to day 3 versus playing 4 or 5 to 1 all day. Is this news to the people who have actually played before this year? Find the best horse above X price. People are going to rail on anyone who had that GG 9 horse once

Major tip of the cap to whoever wrote the Oaklawn analysis on Friday / Saturday. I didn’t play all of the plays in the contest but I sure as hell wish I did. Nice job, sir!
