Is Gail Cox related to Brad Cox? That would explain a lot.

Good to run into Rocky and Bill yesterday. Doubt anyone could hang out with two nicer guys at the racetrack.
Hopefully will see Mathcapper at Parx next month.

Chad's other horse is interesting in there. The paceless Monmouth tune-up and now the second off the brief layoff.
Castellano inside with ground saving trip behind a lively pace could get it done if SC regresses a bit off her last.

Anyone else think the Motion horse runs second if not for Trevor McCarthy getting her stopped?

Elate no cinch this year based on numbers and spotting weight going a 1 1/4.
Not the same since the Personal Ensign.

Back to the dirt is my guess. Running style fits better on that surface and two turf conditioners makes him dangerous going two turns.

The Parx stake race today a perfect example of trip beating the numbers.
JJC should have stayed home and enjoyed the day off with his family.

Appreciate the extra page for Bigger Picture.
Veteran 8yo still at it. Looking at some of the past trainers he's had (Rudy, Linda) and his current (Maker) it's remarkable he's still in one piece.

Going to box the Chad Brown horses. The two who improved after they left his barn.
Happy Father's Day to all of the sires out there.

One question: if you liked Tacitus that much, why bet place?
You can cover with horses over him even if you don't like them.

Even more fun was watching Jose Ortiz get Robert Bruce trapped in the lane waiting for a seam only to tip out AFTER brother Irad went by him.

Interesting and figures to be double digit odds.
Anyone buying Gargan's story that he stepped on a rock after his last work which prompted the we may not run comment??

Some jocks are adept at knowing when a horse is about to drift. Doubt that Vargas would be one of them.
We made a good call on a 21-1 shot. Just didn't get lucky.
Not sure how the 11 stayed up. MP stewards are clueless .

By the time the Belmont is over, this could end up better than going to GA.
Why bother?!!?

They'll all agree under one condition: that the race is run at Pimlico at 1 3/16 using a starting gate. But we'll really run it at Keenland.
Let's cast Eddie the Mush rooting desperately for Max to "hold on."

The one post at Pimlico no bargain for War of Will. One winner from there in last 30 runnings (Pharaoh).
Obviously brutal draws for ATofF and WWW.

All good points about him. When I went through the Archives, I did not see much success with the Keenland to Pimlico angle.
Perhaps that changes this year with few Derby runners returning.

You're right. Perhaps it took its toll-no works for 21 days after.
The other question is whether he's on this level. I would look for double digits to find out.
